he BSA C15 was BSA’s first four-stroke unitary construction bike. Beloved of a generation of new riders, this 250cc bike was the maximum size that a learner could ride unaccompanied in the UK.  The 1959 C15 Star was the first model in the range and in 1961, the 'Super Sports' model (SS80) joined the range with a tuned engine, roller big-end bearings and lower handlebars.
This beautiful, low mileage example has benefitted from a ‘no-expense-spared’ restoration at a cost of more than £9,000 since 2014. In classic period red and black, this has been lovingly stored and has travelled zero miles since it sailed through the last MoT test with no advisories in April, 2018. It comes with a comprehensive history including the original log book and many supporting invoices. Offered without reserve, this unique example represents amazing value to the discerning collector and enthusiast alike.
