1977 FIAT 131 ABARTH - MATHEWSONS AUCTIONS Pickering Road, Thornton Le-Dale, Pickering, North Yorkshire, YO18 7LH SATURDAY 17th August 2019

FEATURED AUCTION

MATHEWSONS AUCTIONS
Pickering Road, Thornton Le-Dale, Pickering,
North Yorkshire, YO18 7LH
SATURDAY 17th August 2019

1977 FIAT 131 ABARTH
Freshly imported from a dry climate, South Africa, with the relevant import paperwork supplied.
The car can only be described as 'exceptionally good' .... 'remarkable' is probably a better choice of words seeing as its a Fiat..!!
Let's face it, these rusted away while you went shopping. Pull up outside Tesco's with a presentable looking 131 only to return an hour and a half later to a rusty car parked where you left yours.... A quick check of the registration number confirmed it was, in fact, your car!!
Sounds great, crisp with lovely bark from the twin carburettors.
Please take the time to view the body. The original spot wields can be viewed at the bottom of the rear quarters etc.
Black underneath, but you can easily see the straight edges of the steel.
If this car carried a 'Ford' badge it would be guided in excess of £25,000.
On-site now for viewing.
