1956 FORD ESCORT 100E ESTATE 5.0Litre V8 'GASSER'

This 'Gasser' was featured on the front cover of the September 2013 issue of Custom Car with a full covering story inside, a copy of which is included in the file. Built between 2010 and 2012. The engine is a 302 cu inch Ford unit with a five‑speed manual, Holley 4 Barrel carburettors, Edelbrock manifold, Hurst shifter, MSD ignition and coil. It is fitted with Moon fuel block cast pistons and alloy rocker covers. Narrowed 8.8 inch solid axle with four bar links and racing half shafts. The works are supported by a large file of receipts. It benefits from new Moon gauges and recent steering geometry re‑set.
