  • The early Series 1 cars with the 'flying buttress' seats are the more desirable
  • Right-hand drive, one previous owner, and in exceptional condition
  • Impressive history including the original order form, payment receipts and sales invoice
  • An unrestored Series 1. Hard to believe
The name Alfa Romeo GT is synonymous with elegance and sporting performance, never more so than in the 1750GT Veloce. This example looks to be in exceptional condition and represents an extremely rare opportunity own a one owner car with history from new, including the original order form, payment receipts and sales invoice.
According to Alfa Romeo Automobilisimo Storico, the chassis number ‘AR1450510’ originally corresponds to an Alfa Romeo 1750GT Veloce, right-hand drive (type 105.45), manufactured on the 2nd July 1968 and sold on the 8th July 1968. The body colour was Hawthorne White (AR013), with Skai Nero interior.
This car has been meticulously looked after by its original owner, an RAF pilot, who clearly cherished it under his long-term ownership. With factory spot welds evident in all the right places, it was 'Ziebart' protected from new, and 'Waxoyled' regularly throughout its life. Having benefitted from a repaint eight years ago, this GTV presents beautifully and has an immaculate and original interior featuring the desirable 'flying buttress' seats.
We are informed the driving experience is tight and responsive as only an original unrestored car can be. This is an amazing opportunity to own a fully documented, one previous owner, 1750GT Veloce Series 1.
