The first Tuscan was built by TVR for four years from 1967. The name then reappeared in 1999 as the ‘Tuscan Speed Six’; the front-mid-engined, rear-wheel driven supercar was offered with either a Targa top or in convertible form and its lightweight construction came from a glass fibre body and a tubular steel chassis. Able to achieve 0-60mph in four seconds, the Tuscan was met with wide acclaim not only because of it's well-balanced but impressive power but also because of that curvaceous, beautiful and well-conceived body design.

This 2002 Tuscan is the property of a TVR Car Club member and has been meticulously maintained since it was purchased in 2006 from TVR dealers Fernhurst Motor Company, who have carried out all servicing and repairs to a high standard for the last eleven years. Not only do we understand the mechanical aspect to be in excellent order, but the half-leather interior and bodywork are difficult to fault. The vendor, who has been a TVR enthusiast and owner of several models, has decided that the time has come to drive a more conventional mode of transport. Recent work includes the refurbishing of the alloy road wheels and the fitting of carbon fibre exhaust silencers.
The Tuscan is described as being very good in all departments and is supplied with a large history file containing the V5C registration certificate and its replacement, a quantity of service invoices and MOT test certificates.
The vendor will certainly miss the wonderful exhaust note!
