CHARTERHOUSE AUCTION
ROYAL BATH & WEST SHOWGROUND, SHEPTON MALLET
SUNDAY 18th JUNE 2017

1975 RANGE ROVER TWO DOOR

A 1975 Range Rover two door Classic, registration number KTW 570N, Sahara Dust. Introduced in 1970 the Range Rover was the datum point for what would become the revolution of luxury 4×4 vehicles, creating a lucrative market which sees no signs of abating. This Range Rover, one of the original two door variants, has covered less than 52,000 miles from new and has been the subject of a comprehensive rebuild and retrim. Finished in the distinctive colour scheme of Sahara Dust with a contrasting tan vinyl interior, the Range Rover has seen recent expenditure on a new roof lining, 50,000-mile service, carburettor rebuilt and tuning, new water pump, brake pads and discs, rear springs and other consumables. KTW 570N will be offered for auction with its Heritage Certificate and history file. With classic Range Rovers becoming ever more popular and Land Rover just about to offer fully restored vehicles with prices starting at £130,000, this restored example must offer a great opportunity at the guide price. V5C, MOT to May 2018
