Data-card details on file product que le voiture est origine fini en unison "Weissgrau" (white-gray). Its first owner is not known, but from 1996 to 2006 the Mercedes belonged to Mr M Steinbeck of Los Angeles. In 2006 the car was shipped to Belgium where it was purchased by the current vendor.

As a result, it has been used in the past, since it has been used in the past, as part of the transaction. Undertaken between 2008 and 2015, these works included a complete engine rebuild in 2015 (new cylinder head, pistons, valves, seals, timing belt, etc.) together with overhauls of the gearbox (2008) and Solex carburettors (2014). In addition, the Silentbloc engine has been replaced, the cooling fan renewed, and a stainless steel exhaust system fitted.

In 2008 the body was repainted, a new fuel tank being installed at the same time. The paintwork was refreshed in 2014 and a new hood and cover fitted in 2016, while various items have been re-plated over the years. Identical to those of the 300 SL, the bucket seats were refreshed with new stuffing in 2014. Other matters replaced/renewed include the headlights, radiator, heater unit, floor mats, water temperature gauge, and spare wheel cover.

Since its acquisition in 2006, this much-loved 190 SL has covered some 26,500 miles (approximately 42,600 kilometres), attending rallies in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and Italy. The book is offered with sundry bills, a FIVA Identity Card, instruction books, a workshop manual (on CD), two spare parts manuals, five collectors' books about the model, a number of archive photographs, and a Belgian Carte Grise.

1974 MERCEDES BENZ W115 230 LHD
Estimate: £5000 - £7000

MOT and Tax-exempt Purchased in Paris Mercedes-Benz Paris Porte D’Orleans1974 then spent its life in the south of France only having 2 owners. A classic Mercedes enthusiast saw that it was incredibly solid and imported it being driven from France to the UK with no issues. This journey was featured in the Mercedes Enthusiast October 2016 issue – Magazine copy included in the paperwork. It was then given a mechanical overall at Edward Hall Classic Mercedes having extensive work including a Major service, new drive shafts, new prop shaft mountings & couplings, new rear subframe mountings, cleaned sump, clutch master cylinder replaced. This example is believed to have 130,000 miles on the odometer.
A lot of examples are now looking tired, have had welding or asking very high asking prices. The car is stored in a dry garage and only driven in dry conditions.
The current owner has given the car a complete cosmetic overhaul, and as a result, it is now a very fresh example that gets lots of attention. The interior is superb, with leather seating, new black carpets & parcel shelf, brand new rear seatbelts, an uncracked dash and headliner also in great condition. Everything works on the interior, original Blaupunkt radio with analogue pre-sets, dash lights, heater, lights, wipers, indicators and windscreen water jets all work thanks to electrical specialist ‘Unique Integrations’ who gave the car a complete run through.
The current owner has chosen to have the rear lights backdated to the W114 smooth/chrome version. W115 original ribbed rear lights will be included also. Comes with original paperwork including manual/service book. UK V5, last MOT in 2018 it sailed through and is now MOT and Tax exempt, costs £80 insurance a year. The car has had a mention in Classic and Sports Car coverage of Bicester Heritage Sunday Scramble being referred to by their Editor in Chief in their feature as “a simply perfect Stroke-8 Mercedes-Benz saloon.” The car starts fantastically quick and runs superbly, a perfect classic that gets great attention. This W115 is ready to go in time for summer.

1997 TVR CERBERA - COYS AUCTIONS Blenheim Palace Sale Saturday 29th June 2019 Woodstock OX20 1PP

FEATURED AUCTION

COYS AUCTIONS
Blenheim Palace Sale
Saturday 29th June 2019
 Woodstock OX20 1PP

1997 TVR CERBERA
Chassis No: SDLFAC2P2VE01150
The TVR Cerbera was manufactured between 1996 and 2003. The name is derived from ‘Cerberus’, the three-headed beast of Greek legend that guarded the entrance of Hades. The car itself was designed from the start as a four-seater. The rear seats are smaller than the front, a design commonly referred to as a ‘2+2’. However, the interior is designed so that the passenger seat can slide farther forward than the driver’s seat. This allows more room for the person sitting behind the front passenger.
This stunning example, first registered on New Year’s Eve of 1997, has clearly been cosseted for all of its 22 years. The Cerbera has covered a mere 33,000 miles, supported by a fully stamped service record at TVR main dealers in addition to invoices for works completed. Notably the TVR is fitted with the more powerful AP Racing brake calipers to the front and rear.
Always garaged and used as a third car by the current owner, the Cerbera has never been used in the rain and has always been MOT’d, even when not in use. The TVR is complete with a Pioneer Bluetooth stereo, new key fobs, an indoor cover and trickle charger.
With just 1000 in the last 3 years and having enjoyed a large service recently, in addition to new Avon ZZ5 tyres on each corner, this is a fabulous example of TVR’s giant-killing supercar.

1972 VOLKSWAGEN CAMPER/COFFEE VAN - COYS AUCTIONS Blenheim Palace Sale Saturday 29th June 2019 Woodstock OX20 1PP

FEATURED AUCTION

COYS AUCTIONS
Blenheim Palace Sale
Saturday 29th June 2019
 Woodstock OX20 1PP

1972 VOLKSWAGEN CAMPER/COFFEE VAN

The Volkswagen Type 2, known officially (depending on body type) as the Transporter, Kombi or Microbus, or, more informally, as the Bus (US) or Camper (UK), was introduced in 1950 by the Volkswagen as its second car model following the Beetle. Like the Beetle, the van has received numerous nicknames worldwide, including the Microbus, Minibus, and, because of its popularity during the counterculture movement of the 1960s, the Hippie Van. In late 1967, the second generation of the Volkswagen Type 2 (T2) was introduced, built in Germany until 1979. This second-generation Type 2 lost its distinctive split front windshield, and was slightly larger and heavier than its predecessor. Its common nicknames are Breadloaf and Bay-window, or Loaf and Bay for short.
This 1972 Camper has been converted into a commercial coffee-making bus, fitted with an Astoria Perla coffee machine, water heater, water filter/softener, mazza coffee grinder, Clarke generator, fold-out counter, tables, chairs and all crockery and utensils.
With a recent full engine service and attention to the brakes, and finished in a super-cool and striking 1970s colour scheme, the VW is ready to earn its living at various festivals and other events over the summer months.
