  • A superb example of the 2011 range-topping 599 GTO and one of only 60 or so in right-hand drive
  • 6-litre V12, normally-aspirated engine, 670PS and 670 N.m of torque. 0-62 mph in 3.2 secs and 208mph
  • Supplied new by Ferrari Singapore on 9th December 2010 and remained in Singapore until 2017
  • Special order colour scheme of Avus Bianco with Tour de France Blue stripes, possibly unique
  • Currently indicating 10,920km (approx 6,800 miles). Full-service history with official Ferrari dealers
  • Bearing the hard-won designation 'GTO', this is a very serious motorcar
  • Guided to sell today at about half of its value just two to three years ago. What an opportunity!
The letters 'GTO' are rarely used by Ferrari and are reserved exclusively for their fastest road car at the time. For example, on both previous occasions, the 1962 250 GTO and the 1984 288 GTO were the fastest and most exclusive Ferrari models respectively. Hence the model designation of the 599 GTO when launched, simply their fastest ever road car and the rarest model of the day, with just 599 produced globally by the factory.
Power is 670PS and 670 N.m of torque from the 6-litre V12, normally-aspirated engine and the 0-62mph time is a remarkable 3.2 seconds on its way to a top speed of 208mph. The F1 gearbox features the multi-shift programme from the 599XX race car as well as the race-tuned exhaust, which means this car sounds as good as it looks!
This particular right-hand drive car was supplied new by Ferrari Singapore on 9th December 2010 and remained in Singapore until 2017 where it was regularly serviced by the supplying official Ferrari dealer every year on the 20th December 2011 at 2,706 km, the 17th November 2012 at 4,745 km, the 23rd November 2013 at 6038 km, 6th December 2014 at 7,320 km, the 8th December 2015 at 8,559 km and the 21st December 2016 at 10,075 km. Today, it has covered just 10,920 km from new which equates to about 6,800 miles.
The official Ferrari service book is the same throughout the world these days and all the dealer stamps are clearly visible confirming the history and mileage as genuine. All UK taxes are now paid and the car now conforms 100% to the same specification as a UK-supplied example, as confirmed by letters from Ferrari in the history file supplied with the car.
The rare colour of Avus Bianco with Tour de France Blue stripes on the bonnet was only available by special order making this a very rare car. In fact, only 60 or so of the 599 GTOs ever made were built in right-hand drive - so this may be the only right-hand drive model ever finished in White with Blue racing stripes and consequently unique.

Sitting in the carbon fibre racing seats with the 4-point racing harnesses fastened instantly makes you feel at one with this serious grand tourer, and the thought of all the world’s amazing touring routes and fast challenging mountain roads seem a dream definitely worth making real! Especially when priced to sell today at about half of their value just two to three years ago. What an opportunity!

1980 PORSCHE 968 CLUB SPORT
Registration No: K168 YOV
Chassis No: WPOZZZ96Z05815532
Engine No: 42P02344
Guide Price: £43,000 - £48,000

  • A C16, UK 968CS in Grand Prix White supplied by Evans Halshaw Porsche on 6th May 1993
  • One of only 179 and with its first keeper until 2014 (21 years)
  • Specified from new as a ‘drivers’ car with no creature-comfort options
  • Further enhanced; upper and lower bracing bars, rose-jointed rear anti-roll bar links, a lightweight flywheel, a lightweight exhaust system and KW Variant three adjustable coil overs
  • 43,300 miles. Recent service including belts, four x Michelin Pilot Sports. Fresh MOT
  • Complete with its original handbook, service book, wallet, tool roll and a large history file
  • Totally driver-focused, the quintessential Club Sport
The standard 968 was a great all-round sports car but, as a last ‘hurrah' to this enduring lineage, Porsche wanted to create a car tailored more for the pure enthusiast and, in particular, one that would excel in competition. In late 1992, the 968 ‘Club Sport' was introduced and, whilst it was mechanically identical to the standard 968 and shared the same 3.0-litre engine (240bhp and 225lb-ft of torque) and 6-speed gearbox, it differed in a number of important ways.
This track-focused run-out model adopted the philosophy of ‘less is more' by removing all luxury-related equipment from the basic build specification. With this no-frills approach, less weight, and clever suspension, Porsche could now focus media attention on the Club Sport's fast road and track abilities. As soon as the press got hold of the Club Sport and discovered what a brilliant drivers' car it was, the credibility of the 968 went through the roof. Even Walter Röhrl reckoned it was the best handling car that Porsche made. The CS achieved a 'Performance Car of The Year' award in 1993 from Performance Car magazine in the UK.
In total, just 1,923 CS examples were produced worldwide, of which only 179 were UK right-hand drive models, making the Club Sport a very rare Porsche indeed. There has been, over the years, a misconception in the motoring press that Club Sports are only Club Sports if they have bucket-seats, wind-up windows, no sunroof, manual hatch, etc., however, the Club Sport was available to order with any number of options-and indeed it frequently was. It's very common to see Club Sports with Recaro cloth comfort sport front seats, electric windows, sunroof, air conditioning, and even rear seats whilst still sporting the 'Club Sport' badge.
However, the first owner of this smart Grand Prix White 968CS was not tempted by the options list and was obviously keen not to dilute its original sporting intent with mere creature comforts. It was delivered by Evans Halshaw Porsche on 6th May 1993 with the optimum specification of factory M030 suspension, adjustable roll bar, larger brakes, and the M220 limited-slip differential. The only other boxes ticked were the deletion of the extended rear shelf, deletion of the decals and the fitting of a set of Sabelt four-point harnesses.
It remained with its original keeper until 2014 when his advancing years precluded the Porsche’s further use but during his ownership he obviously enjoyed utilising the car’s legendary handling and enhanced it further with additional front suspension upper and lower bracing bars, rose-jointed rear anti-roll bar links, a lightweight flywheel, a lightweight exhaust system and he upgraded the Koni suspension to the more sophisticated KW Variant 3 adjustable coil-overs offering better damping and more adjustability. (The original M030 Koni shock absorbers have been rebuilt by Koni and are supplied with the car).
This lovely C16, UK-spec, right-hand drive Clubsport was recently serviced by a marque specialist, and the attention included replacing the cambelt and balance belt, four new Michelin Pilot Sport tyres and a fresh MOT. The current indicated mileage is 43,300 and it’s accompanied by its original handbook, service book, wallet, initial order, tool roll and a large history file.
With its optimum specification and subtle handling enhancements, this sparkling little Club Sport is unashamedly driver-focused which, we would suggest, is exactly what Porsche had in mind.

1984 FERRARI 308GTS QV
Registration No: A4 VTH
Chassis No: ZFFLA13C000049221
Guide Price: £55,000 - £65,000

  • UK-supplied, right-hand drive, 68,000 miles showing supported by a comprehensive, detailed history folder
  • Presented in the rare and attractive colour combination of Argento silver over cream leather
  • The final variant of the 308, the QV featured, among other updates, four valves per cylinder and a power output of 240bhp
  • A usable classic sports car with beautiful styling and sparkling performance offering an exciting ownership experience

October 1975 saw the debut at the Paris Motor Show of the most successful shape ever to wear the Cavallino Rampante emblem, the Ferrari 308, and during its comparatively long production run from 1975-89, over 20,000 examples of all engine types and sizes were produced. This new car was constructed on a traditional steel tube chassis, but its beautiful bodywork was initially manufactured in GRP and then, after two years, Scaglietti started making GTBs in steel. The 3-litre, four-cam V8 was more or less unchanged until March 1981 when Bosch fuel injection was added in place of the four double-choke Webers, reducing the engine's power output significantly, although the final drive was altered on these cars to give similar acceleration to a carburettor car. Two years later, the 4-valve per cylinder Quattrovalvole or 'QV' model pushed output back up to 240 bhp restoring the status quo. European spec cars boasted higher horsepower than cars built for the American market and were lighter. Only 748 308 GTB/S QV models were produced and they are considered by many to be the most desirable of all the 308 variations as they are the fastest and most subtly styled with a deep front valance, racing mirrors and short lightweight bumpers.
This UK-supplied right-hand drive QV presents superbly in the rare colour combination of Argento Silver with cream leather seats, setting the car apart from the usual red/cream, red/black Ferrari standard. This example is accompanied by a complete and detailed history folder supporting the current odometer reading of 68,000 miles including invoices and MOTs dating back to 1984. The original stamped service book is present with supporting paperwork up-to-date and the last major belt service was completed in October 2018, only 1,000 miles ago. In summary, it’s clear that this lovely Ferrari has been regularly enjoyed and only maintained by highly regarded marque specialists. Although you wouldn’t consider 68,000 miles as particularly high for a 35-year-old car, many Ferrari experts believe it’s the cars that are used frequently that drive the best and tend to be more reliable and the old adage “A busy Ferrari is a happy Ferrari” has a lot of merits.
One of only 233 right-hand drive examples produced, the 308 GTS QV with its timeless lines, rewarding handling, removable roof panel and that raspy V8 just behind you, offers the perfect way into classic Ferrari ownership.
